These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Mouj Solutions FZC ("Mouj Solutions", "we", "us", "our"), a digital growth and marketing agency registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

By using our website moujsolutions.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Mouj Solutions provides digital marketing and growth services, which may include search engine optimisation (SEO), AI search visibility, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, web development, brand identity, social media management, and related consulting.

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.

• Fees are as stated in your proposal or agreement and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
• Advertising budgets (e.g. Google or Meta ad spend) are separate from our management fees and are paid to the relevant platforms.
• Late or non-payment may result in services being paused until the account is settled.

To deliver our services effectively, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate, timely information, access, and materials we reasonably request (e.g. website access, brand assets, ad account access).
• Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
• Ensure any content or materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.

Delays in providing what we need may affect agreed timelines.

We work hard to deliver strong results and follow proven, ethical practices. However, search rankings, ad performance, lead volume, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control — including search engine and platform algorithms, competition, market conditions, and your own offering and responsiveness.

For that reason, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular Google ranking position, a guaranteed number of leads, or a specific return on investment, unless such a guarantee is explicitly stated in writing in your agreement.

Upon full payment, final deliverables we create specifically for you (such as your logo, website, or brand assets) become your property, unless stated otherwise in your agreement.

We retain ownership of our own pre-existing materials, tools, methods, templates, and know-how. We may showcase non-confidential work we have produced for you in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Our services often rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, hosting providers, form tools). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by those platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mouj Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms set out in the relevant agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date. Where no agreement specifies notice, a reasonable notice period of 30 days applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of the UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
